New Income Tax Portal Hacked on its First Year Anniversary?
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) launched the new income tax e-filing portal on 7th June 2021. The new portal 'www.incometax.gov.in' has replaced the existing e-filing portal 'www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in'.
So, today is the First Anniversary of the New Income Tax Portal.
While Clicking on the Serch option, a Strange thing happened, which was the Tab of "Hacked by hacker Islam". Although the link directed to the homepage of Google, professionals are worried if New Income Tax Portal has been Hacked and is the ITR Filing and other data safe on the New IT Portal.
