NHAI Recruitment 2023: National Highway Authority of India is under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India. NHAI is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Member (Administration). As per the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration in level 15 of the pay matrix. The applicant shall hold office for a term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for re-appointment for a further term of 2 years.

As per the notification of NHAI recruitment 2023, a person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Member (Administration) unless he/she-
1- He/She is employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or an autonomous body established under the law for the time being in force; and
2- a. Is holding an analogous post in Higher Administrative Grade in the pay scale of Rs.67000-79000(6th CPC) / Level 15 of pay matrix under 7th CPC or
b. Has at least three years regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of pay band-4 with a pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 plus grade pay of Rs.10000 (6th CPC)/ Level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC or
c. Has held at least twenty-five years of regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the pay band-3 with a pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.5400 (6th CPC) /Level 10 of pay matrix under 7th CPC and above out of which at least one year’ regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band-4 with pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 plus grade pay of Rs.10000 (6th CPC)/ Level 14 of pay matrix under 7th CPC; and
3- Having eighteen years of experience in the field of Public Administration and Management.
