01) Internal Audit Officer: Age debarred

02) Assistant Registrar: Not to exceed 37 Years

05) Technical Assistant (Computer): Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years

06) Security Supervisor: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years

07) Library Attendant: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years

08) Kitchen Attendant: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years

Eligibility for CUS Recruitment 2023:

01) Internal Audit Officer Post [On Deputation/Contractual Basis)

Essential Qualification and Experience:

The Officers in to Audit and Accounts Services/Other Similar Services

i) holding Analogous Post(s) on Regular Basis; Or

With 03 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600; Or Equivalent in 7th CPC; Or

With 05 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Band-3 Rs.15600- 39100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400 or Equivalent in 7th CPC

Desirable Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)

02) Assistant Registrar:

Essential Qualification abd Experience: Master’s Degree with Minimum 55% Marks/Equivalent Grade in a Point Scale wherever Grading System is followed

03) Personal Assistant:

Essential Qualifications and Experience: i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Duly Recognized University with

ii) Stenography Speed @ 100 WPM and

iii) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application.

04) Hindi Translator:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

i) Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as Core Subject at Degree Level from any Accredited University; Or

Master’s Degree in any Subject, with Hindi and English as Core Subject at Degree Level from any Accredited University;

ii) A Duly Recognized Diploma (Certificate) Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa; Or

02 Years’ Experience of Translation Work from Hindi to English and vice versa in the Central Government/State Government Offices, including Government of India Undertakings.

Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi Typing/Computer Application

05) Technical Assistant (Computer):

Essential Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant subject; Or

Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with 03 Years’ Experience handling Smart Classrooms, E-Governance, ERP, Virtual Classrooms, etc., in any University/College/Research Institute of repute

06) Security Supervisor:

Essential Qualifications and Experience: Intermediate (10+2) Or Equivalent from any Duly Recognized Board/University; and

i) National Cadet Corps ‘C’ Certificate; and

ii) Should be conversant with Security Rules and Procedures and should be able to liaise with the Police; Or

An Ex-Service-Man having held Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) Position before Retirement

07) Library Attendant:

Essential Qualifications and Experience: Matriculated Or Passed Class 10th Standard from any duly Recognized Board of Education.

Desirable: Intermediate or Passed 12th Class from any duly Recognized Board of Education.

08) Kitchen Attendant:

Essential Qualifications and Experience: i) High School/Class 10th Passed Or equivalent from any Duly Recognized School/Board of Education;

ii) 03-Years’ Experience in Cooking, Catering Services in Education Institutions/Guest Houses, Reputed Hotels, Restaurants and Similar Facilities.

Selection Criteria under CUS Recruitment 2023:

Based on the CUS Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Recruitments to the Advertised Posts shall be carried out in accordance with the Revised UGC Regulations for the Post of Assistant Registrar.

Recruitment for Selection/Appointment on Assistant Registrar Post shall involve a Competitive Written Test followed by an Interview.

Recruitment for Appointment on the Internal Audit Officer Post shall be carried through By Deputation/On Contractual Basis).

Recruitment on the Personal Assistant Post shall be carried out by holding a Competitive Written Test followed by a Stenography Proficiency/Skill Test).

Recruitment on Hindi Translator Post shall be carried out by way of a Competitive Written Examination followed by Interview.)

Recruitment on on all other Notified Posts shall be conducted by way of a Competitive Written Examination.

The Competitive Written Examinations to be held for the Posts shall consist of 03 Papers for Maximum 300 (100×3)/150/200/100 Marks respectively. The Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained in each Paper by the Candidates are 30/15 Marks.

Overall Qualifying Marks mandatory for the Candidates for each Posts are mentioned in the CUS Recruitment 2023 Notification.

In case of TIE Result, Resolving Methodology shall be exercised for Final Selection on to the Posts.

Application Fee for CUS Recruitment 2023:

As per the the CUS Recruitment Notification 2023 issued, even as Fee Amount shall be remitted through the Payment Gateway Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
