Salary for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of NHIDCL recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For General Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 123100 to Rs. 215900.

For Deputy General Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 78800 to Rs. 209200.

For Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 67700 to Rs. 208700.

For Deputy Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500.

Age Limit for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHIDCL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 56 years.

Qualification for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for NHIDCL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For General Manager-

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; and\
• 14 years experience in Level-10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) (pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15,600- 39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400 ) or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads, and Bridges.

For Deputy General Manager-

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; and
• 09 years experience in the Pay Level-10 (Rs.56,100- 1,77,500) (pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent or higher out of which 06 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

For Manager- 

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; and
• 04 years experience in Band-3, Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent or higher out of implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

For Deputy Manager- 

• Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering recognized University / Institute.
