In accordance with the official notification of DMRC recruitment 2023, there are only 02 Vacancies open for the post of Manager( S&T).

Age Limit for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of DMRC recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit as given below-

• The maximum age limit for the Direct Recruitment basis is 57 years.
• The maximum age limit for the Deputation basis is 55 years.
• The minimum age limit for the PRCE basis is 58 years and the maximum age limit is 61 years.

Eligibility Criteria for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DMRC recruitment 2023, the required eligibility criteria are mentioned below-

The candidate must be working in the Indian Railways, or, must be an Ex-S&T Officer of the Indian Railways and presently working in other Government sectors/PSUs, or, must be a retired S&T Officer (only for engagement on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement Basis), having relevant experience in the field of Railway Signaling Design and having expertise in the following area-

• Design or data preparation of Electronic Interlocking / Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), Or
• Ability to prepare Route Control Chart based on Signaling Interlocking Plan in compliance of General Rules (GR) / Subsidiary Rules (SR), Signaling Engineering Manual (SEM) & Latest Technical Circulars.

Pay Scale Criteria-

• An officer working in, or, retired (in case of engagement on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement Basis) from the CDA pay scale Level 11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700)as per the 7th CPC pay matrix (pre-revised Grade pay- Rs. 6600) OR, in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60000-180000/- with a total of 10 (ten) years’ service at the Gazetted / Executive level, in the Indian Railways (including RDSO)/ Govt Organizations/PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale (for Direct Recruitment Recruitment/ Deputation/ PRCE). Or
• An officer working in the CDA pay scale of Level 10 (Rs. 56,100- 1,77,500) as per the 7th CPC pay matrix (pre-revised Grade pay- Rs. 5400), OR, working in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 50000-160000, with a total of 10 (ten) years’ service at the Gazetted / Executive level, in the Indian Railways (including RDSO)/ Govt Organizations / PSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale (for Direct Recruitment only).

Salary for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as given below-

• The selected candidates on Direct Recruitment basis will get the pay and emoluments as per the pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits.
• The selected candidates on Deputation basis will get draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable under the govt. of India rules.
• The selected candidates on a PRCE basis will get a monthly consolidated fee of Rs.82000.

Surety Bond for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

As per the given notification of DMRC recruitment 2023, selected candidates will have to execute a Surety Bond of Rs.300000 and the cost of training to serve the corporation for a minimum period of 03 years or till attaining the age of superannuation. 03 months notice period will be required before resignation from the corporation.

Tenure for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DMRC recruitment 2023, candidates will be engaged for a period of 02 years (including training time).

Selection Process for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DMRC recruitment 2023, candidates applying on a Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis and Deputation basis will comprise of Personal Interview and candidates applying on Direct Recruitment basis will comprise of Personal interview and Medical fitness examination. Candidates should be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:5, subject to the availability of eligible candidates.
