Salary for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NHIDCL recruitment 2023, the monthly salary will be given to selected candidates as given below-

For General Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 13 of the pay matrix.

For Deputy General Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 12 of the pay matrix.

For Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 10 of the pay matrix.

For Junior Manager- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 7 of the pay matrix.

For Assistant Manager– The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary in level 8 of the pay matrix.

Age Limit for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NHIDCL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 56 years.

Qualification for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for NHIDCL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For General Manager (Legal)- Degree recognized /Institute in from a University

and

14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Level-10 (pre revised Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration legislative matters / land acquistion.

For Manager (Law)- Degree in Law from a recognized University /Institute;

and

5 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration / legislative matters land acquisition.

For Deputy Manager (Finance)- ICAI ICWAI/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized University Institute; with four years post qualification experience out of which atleast two years experience of handling finance and accounts matter.

or

Any organized Member of Group A Finance/Accounts related Service of the Central Govt. or of the State Govt.

For Assistant Director (Official Language)- Any Graduate from a recognized University/ institute

and

03 years service in Pay Level-9 with experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vise versa, in a Government Organization.
