NHM Punjab Recruitment 2023: Department of Health and Family, under National Health Mission (NHM) Punjab, invites applications from qualified medical professionals to employ 523 House Surgeons on a contractual basis. As per the official notification of NHM Punjab Recruitment 2023, the recruitment will be made for a period of six months in the various District Hospitals / Sub Divisional Hospitals of Punjab State. The shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs.70,000. The maximum tenure of a House Job appointment for a particular candidate will be one year. The candidates applying for the given posts shouldn’t be above 37 years old.
As per the official notification of NHM Punjab Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed through an online registration process. Hard copies of applications will not be accepted. Applications must be submitted in the approved format and the required papers by June 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Candidates will be called upon for a personal interview, which will be the final selection phase, based on the details and validity of the supplied documents. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA in accordance with the official guidelines for attending the interview or allocated employment location. Before commencing service, each appointee will be asked to post a security deposit of Rs. 20,000/-.

The applicants should have passed Punjabi upto the Matric level or equivalent examination conducted by the Language Department, Punjab, and as per the latest instructions issued by Govt. of Punjab from time to time.

Each appointee would be required to submit a security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- before beginning service. If a House Surgeon quits before the end of the term or is terminated for unsatisfactory behavior, the security is forfeited and no certificate of House job is granted.
