NHSRC Recruitment 2022: Applications have been invited for “Consultant” Post National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC). It’s New Delhi on behalf of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above-mentioned post purely on a contractual basis. The Remuneration Between Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per month.

Roles and Responsibility for NHSRC Recruitment 2022

1. Coordination with Programme Divisions of the Ministry to collate their inputs/comments on the Programme Implementation Plan of States (PIP) for placing the same before the National Programme Coordination Committee (NPCC) for State allocated to the consultant

2 Undertake field visits and monitor/review the program implementation in the States

3 Collect and analyze data on components of health systems strengthening

4 Provide technical inputs on thematic areas

5 Technical assistance for decentralized planning & strengthening health systems in the poor performing districts of India.

6 Building capacities at district and state levels for making health plans and for reviewing & improving the plans, using both epidemiological and HMIS inputs. Budgeting and financial planning as required by the poor-performing states.

7 Develop study/evaluation protocols and undertake and guide studies as needed.

8 Provide technical assistance for implementation of the NRHM and its goals at the center, and in states, as may be agreed upon from time to time.

9 Mobilizing technical assistance inputs for the states and district administration, including preparation of Terms of Reference, inviting proposals application, etc.

10 Undertake other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Authority.

Eligibility for NHSRC Recruitment 2022

1. Post-graduation or higher qualification in public health, Community health, Preventive & Social Medicine.

2. Published work in the area of health systems or public health.

3. At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery.

4. Computer proficiency with a high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Web surfing to search relevant data & documents.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.

6. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

7. Demonstrated experience in operationalizing health programs at the field level/ working in the strengthening of district-level health systems.

8. Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments.
