Consultant – Human Resources
Candidate should have a regular MBA / Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) in HR from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification work experience in Recruitment & other HR functions.

Desirable

• Applicant should have a Diploma/ Certification in Computer Application, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database administration, and Access, as well as a Diploma/ Certification in Business administration, which would be advantageous.
• Working experience in the government or social sector is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the federal recruitment, paperwork, filing, and correspondence processes in
• Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to execute various jobs under duress and be a team player are required.
• Formal educational criteria and experience may be reduced for qualified candidates.

Consultant – Social Media

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mass Media/Communications/Journalism, with at least three years of social media experience, preferably with experience working for a government entity or project.
• Specialisation in social media management.
• Experience in creating social media strategies.
• Experience in writing Op-ed articles.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate should have strong writing skills for captions, headlines, and visual storytelling.
• Candidate should have a strong editorial judgement.
• Candidate should have Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
• An established ability to synthesise and communicate information quickly.

Remuneration for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NHSRC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be paid between Rs.60000 and Rs.120000 per month.
