Senior Consultant
Candidates should have MBBS/BDS with Post Graduate Degree (full-time course) or higher qualification in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive and Social Medicines/Social Sciences in Health. Candidates should have Published work in the area of health systems or public health. Candidates should have at least 5 years of Post Qualification experience.
Consultant
Candidates should have MBBS/BDS with Post Graduate Degree (Fulltime Course) in MD (Community Medicine) /MPH. Candidates should have at least 2 years of Post qualification experience; Experience working in the public health system and research would be highly desirable. Understanding of public health issues in India and the role of various stakeholders. Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously and beyond office hours to meet the timelines for assignments. Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use the internet for desk research, literature review, and other relevant documents. Knowledge of Research Methodology and Implementation Research. Essentially a team player with demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, good interpersonal abilities, Good communication skills in English – both written and oral, presentation skills, ability to write analytical reports are all essential. Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Ability to carry out the given task on his/her own or with minimal supervision. Formal educational qualifications, experience and Age could be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
