Advisor

Candidates should have MBBS/BDS degree with either of the following Fulltime Post graduate degree or diploma:
i. MD/DNB in Community Medicine
ii. Master’s in Public Health
iii. Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management (2 Years)
iv. Masters in Health Administration
v. Post Graduate Diploma in Health Administration (2 Years)
vi. MBA in Healthcare management
vii. Post Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (2 Years)
Candidates should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in implementing and supporting community health and primary healthcare programs. Experience in undertaking research, capacity building and working with health systems in the public health system. The candidates should have computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use the internet for desk research, literature review and other relevant documents. Excellent data analytical skills, documentation, communication and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Lead Consultant

Candidates should have an MBBS / BDS with a full-time post-graduate degree or a two-year diploma/Masters in Public Health/Epidemiology. Candidates should have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the implementation of health programs, including community health. Candidates should have experience directly implementing health service delivery programs through government, NGOs or Regional Resource Centres. Candidates should have experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Candidates should be able to meet stringent guidelines at short notice and operate in an evolving Environment. Willingness to travel to states & districts to collect technical information and ability to subsequently synthesize information into research evidence.

Age Limit for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the post of Advisor should be below the age of 45 , and the candidates applying for the post of Lead Consultant should be below the age of 50.

Salary for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

Advisor

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs. 90000- Rs. 150000.

Lead Consultant

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs. 130000- Rs.170000.

Tenure for NHSRC Recruitment 2023:

As per the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years with further extensions of similar duration.
