NIA Recruitment 2024: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Investigation Expert (Consultant) on a contract basis in the NIA. In accordance with the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024, there are 10 vacancies for the mentioned opportunity. The selected candidates will get a remuneration fixed by deducting their basic pension from the last pay drawn at the time of retirement. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity should be below 65 years. The candidates should have a Graduation degree. The applicants must have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field.
In accordance with the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the mentioned position should be Retired Inspector, Dy SP, Addl SP and SP or equivalent level officers of the Central Police Organization. The appointment will remain valid for an initial period of 1 year with the provision of an extension. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of a walk-in interview conducted by the committee. In accordance with the official notification of the NIA Recruitment 2024, the candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as per the position mentioned above may directly appear for the walk-in interview conducted by the committee on the 6th and 7th of May 2024. The candidates have to reach on or before the reporting time at the venue.

Desirable:
The candidates applying for NIA Recruitment 2024, should have at least 10 years of experience in handling criminal investigation cases, intelligence work, counter-terrorism or establishment and admin-related work.
The period of engagement for NIA Recruitment 2024, will remain valid for an appropriate period of 1 year with the provision of an extension maximum of up to 5 years or the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
As per the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration as per the Ministry of Home Affairs OM dated 09.12.2020 remuneration will be fixed by deducting their basic pension from the last pay drawn at the time of retirement.
