The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is seeking qualified candidates to fill deputation positions for Inspector, Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, and Head Constable. Inspector

• Applicant must have at least 02 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations or Information Technology cases or Training in counter-terrorism.

Sub Inspector

• Candidate must have an experience of 02 years in the handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operation Information Technology cases or Training in counter-terrorism.

Assistant Sub-Inspector

• Candidate must have experience of at least 02 years in the field of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations or information technology management.

Qualification for NIA Recruitment 2024:

Candidates applying for the NIA Recruitment 2024 must have the following qualifications.

Inspector and Sub Inspector

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Assistant Sub-Inspector

• Aspirants must hold a Graduation from a recognized university.

Tenure for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The candidate would be employed on a deputation basis for 03 years, per the official NIA Recruitment 2024 notification.

Eligibility for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The following eligibility requirements must be met by applicants for the NIA Recruitment 2024.

Inspector

• Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre or department; or
• Candidate with 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4200 in the parent cadre or department

Sub Inspector

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• Candidate with 6 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Pay Band-1 of Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2800 in the parent cadre or department

Assistant Sub-Inspector

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis.

• Aspirants must have a One rank up if, HCs (pay scale PB-1 with GP 2400 pre-revised) with 5 years of regular services in the grade.

Head Constable

Officers of the Central or State Police Organization or State Police organizations or Government Intelligence agency or other investigation bodies;

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
• The aspirant must have processed the minimum educational qualification of 12th class pass or equivalent from any recognized Board of the University.

The maximum age limit for the aforementioned position is 56 years old, according to the official NIA Recruitment 2024 notification.
