As mentioned in the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2024, there are 40 vacant seats available for the post of Assistant, Stenographer Grade-I and Upper Division Clerk.

Age Limit for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The maximum limit is not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications to NIA Recruitment 2024.

Salary for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The candidates who are selected for NIA Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as listed below-

• The selected candidates for Assistant will be paid a monthly salary on Level 06 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.35400-112400).
• The selected candidates for Stenographer Grade I will be paid a monthly salary on Level 06 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.35400-112400).
• The selected candidates for Upper Division Clerk will be paid a monthly salary on Level 04 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.25500-81100) (pre-revised Pay Band-1, Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2400).

Qualification and Experience for NIA Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualification for applying to NIA Recruitment 2024 as mentioned below-

For Assistant-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
• The candidate should pass the computer proficiency test as prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission.

For Stenographer Grade-I-

• The candidate should possess a Graduate Degree from a recognized University. And
• The candidate should possess computer proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The required eligibility criteria to apply for NIA Recruitment 2024 are listed below-

For Assistant-

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territories-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• With six years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

For Stenographer Grade-I-

Officers of the Stenographer’s cadre under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• With six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-5 (Rs. 29200- 92300) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. OR
• with ten years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-4 (Rs.25500-81100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

For Upper Division Clerk (UDC)-

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or State Government or Union Territories-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

Tenure for NIA Recruitment 2024:

The engagement of NIA Recruitment 2024 is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years.
