Qualification for NILERD Recruitment 2024:

• The candidate should have a Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university or equivalent.
• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree in commerce/financial management OR MBA (Finance) OR S.A.S. (Accountant) in an established Audit/Accounts organization of the Government.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years (Post Graduate) experience in finance/accounts in central/state Govt./Universities/ recognized research institutes/Semi-Government/Statutory/Autonomous organizations/bank/financial institutions or public sector undertaking, of which at least 8 years should be in Pay Level-10 and above or equivalent. (For PSUs E-3 Grade and above).
• The candidate should have knowledge of Central Govt. Rules relating to budget, financial management and audit /accounts, besides good working experience in computerized maintenance of accounts, e-filling of TDS/GST returns, operating PFMS software for financial activities etc.

Desirable Qualification-

• The candidate should have a Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.

Salary for NILERD Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for NILERD Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates on a contract basis will be given a monthly salary of Rs.1.45 Lakh.
• The selected candidates on a deputation basis will be given a monthly salary in Pay Level 12 (Rs.78800-209200).

Tenure for NILERD Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a contract and deputation basis and the selected candidates for NILERD Recruitment 2024 will be engaged initially for a period of three years and further extend upto another two years depending upon the performance of the candidate and requirement of the Institute.

Selection Process for NILERD Recruitment 2024:
