NIT Hamirpur Recruitment 2023: National Institute of Technology Hamirpur (NITH) is one of the 31 NITs established by GOI, an Institution of National Importance declared by the Act of Parliament and a premier technical Institution of the Country. NITH is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Professor under various departments. There are a total of 62 vacancies for the given posts. As per the official notification of NIT Hamirpur recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 167400.
According to the NIT Hamirpur Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can download the application form given on the official website of NITH and send their duly filled-in application form by hand/speed/registered post to the Registrar, National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, Hamirpur-177 005 (H.P.) India. The last date for submitting the application form is 10th March 2023.
As per the official notification of NITH recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the post of Assistant Professor.
According to the notification of NITH recruitment 2023, the monthly salary will be given as below-
For Assistant Professor Grade II- Candidates will be given Rs. 70,900 along with admissible allowances.
For Asstt. Professor Grade II- Candidates will be given Rs. 73, 100 along with admissible allowances.
For Assistant Professor Grade-I- Candidates will be given Rs. 167400 along with admissible allowances.
Fresh appointment beyond the age of 60 years is discouraged except in the case of faculty with exceptionally brilliant research careers and with ongoing or approved externally funded research project
As given in the notification of NITH recruitment 2023, candidates must possess the given below qualifications-
Department of Civil Engineering- Ph.D. in relevant discipline. B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and M.Tech or equivalent in Structural Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering/ Transportation Engineering/ Water Resources Engineering/Environmental Engineering/ Construction Management/ GIS-RS.
Department of Electrical Engineering- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in relevant Area of Specialization (Electrical Power System, Control System, Electric Machines, Power Electronics, Instrumentation, Signal Processing, Condition Monitoring, High Voltage Engineering, Embedded Systems, Power System Protection, etc.)
Ph.D. in relevant Discipline.
Department of Mechanical Engineering- B.Tech./B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
M.Tech. or equivalent Specialization: M.Tech. Mechanical/M.Tech. Design/ Thermal/ Manufacturing / Industrial and Production/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/Energy/ Energy Technology.
Ph.D. Specialization: Mechanical Engineering and relevant discipline.
Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering- B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics/ Communication/ Telecommunication engineering and related branches
M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent in relevant branch.
Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
Department of Computer Science & Engineering- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology or any relevant discipline of Computer Science & Engineering.
M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science & Engineering or any relevant discipline of Computer Science & Engineering.
Ph.D. in relevant discipline of Computer Science & Engineering.
