As per the official notification of Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Senior Adviser will be paid a monthly salary on Level 15 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.182200-Rs.224100).
• The selected candidates for the post of Senior Adviser will be paid a monthly salary on Level 14 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.182200-Rs.218200).

Qualification for Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023:

The required qualification for applying to Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023 is described below-

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline or MBBS or Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University or Passed in Sections A and B of the institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years).

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a Doctorate in any discipline or a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Technology.

Eligibility Criteria for Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the required eligibility criteria to apply for Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023 as indicated below-

• Officers working in the Central Government / State Governments/ Union Territories (including their attached and subordinate offices) / Universities / Recognized Research Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings / Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Non-Government bodies-

For Senior Adviser (Level 15 as per 7th CPC)-

• Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre or department. OR
• The applicants should have 03 years of regular service in Level – 14 in Pay Matrix or Pre-Revised Pay Band 4: Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.10,000 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. And
• Experience-
• The candidates should have a minimum of 18 years of experience (which shall include up to 3 years for PhD provided no work experience is counted during those 3 years) in formulation, appraisal, execution/ implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects.

For Adviser (Level 14 as per 7th CPC)-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• The applicants should have two years of regular service in posts in Level – 13 A in Pay Matrix or PreRevised Pay Band 4: Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8,900 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. OR
• The applicants should have three years of regular service in posts in Level – 13 in Pay Matrix or PreRevised Pay Band 4: Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8,700 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. And

Experience-

• The candidates should have a minimum of 15 years experience (which shall include upto 3 years for PhD provided no work experience is counted during those 3 years) in formulation, and appraisal. execution/ implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects.

Tenure for Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023:

The engagement of Niti Aayog Recruitment 2023 is made on a Deputation (including short-term contract)/ Promotion basis and the candidates who are selected will be engaged for a period of deputation (including short-term contract)in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.
