NLCIL Recruitment 2023: NLC India Limited (NLCIL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1973. As per the NLCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 163 vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 years.

ITI Apprentices:-
Candidates should have completed their ITI in their respective trades.
Graduate (Engineering) Apprentices:-
Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a recognized statutory university in a relevant discipline. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such a degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline. Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Degree (Non-Engineering) Apprentices (Finance & HR):-
Candidates should have an Accounts Executive job role under PMKVY. Candidates should have an MBA (HR)/MSW/Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (2 Years full-time Course) granted by a recognized University & Institute.
Technician (Diploma Holders) Apprentices:-
Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education Established by a State Government in a relevant discipline. Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a University in a relevant discipline. Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

Selected candidates in the engineering department will get a monthly salary of 15208 and those selected in the non-engineering department will get a monthly salary of Rs. 12524.

ITI
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 10019.
