No further extension of time beyond 15th September 2018 for DIR3 KYC:MCA
MCA has clarified through MCA website that there is no further extension of Dir 3 kyc due date.
No further extension of time beyond 15th September 2018 is being accorded for filing DIR-3 KYC (without Fee). All filings thereafter will attract a Fee of Rs.5000. Stakeholders may kindly note and plan accordingly.
A Fee of 5,000 shall be payable w.e.f. 16 SEP 2018 if KYC is not done by TODAY i.e 15 SEP 2018).
