No leakage of question paper relating to Paper 7, Direct Tax Laws of CA Final examination held on 13th November 2016.
Our attention has been drawn to some unfounded reports in social media on alleged leakage of question paper relating to Direct Tax Laws, Paper 7 of CA Final Examination held on 13th November 2016.
In this connection, it is hereby clarified that the above news is devoid of any truth and is unfounded. The examination was held smoothly across all the centres in India and abroad, as usual. No such incident of reported paper leakage has happened . Further there is no such exam centre as JKL Senior School either in Kolkata or anywhere in India or abroad where CA examinations were held in November 2016.
Students, members and other stakeholders are requested not to pay heed to such unfounded rumours and get misled
