Northern Railway Recruitment 2023: Northern Railway is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Consultant (Engg., S and T, Electrical). As per the official notification of Northern Railway Recruitment 2023, there are 10 vacancies for the mentioned positions. Candidates should be retired person from the post of Junior Scale/ Senior Scale or JAG/SG of the Engineering Department, Signal and Telecommunication, and Electrical Department. The monthly remuneration of a retired officer will be given according to Railway Board’s letter no.2018/ Trans Cell/ S and T/ Contractual Staff. The re-engagement can be terminated without any notice and without any explanation or any reason.

Consultant(Engg.):
The candidates will be posted under DyCE/C. The candidates will assist in chasing various issues pending such as land acquisition, forest clearance, and utility shifting. The candidates will assist in the preparation of multiple reports such as PCDO, Audit reports, and Other reports asked by HQ from time to time.
Cosultant(S and T):
The candidates will assist respective SAG/JAG (S and T) Officers in the supervision of construction activities in new line/ doubling/ traffic facilities work.
Consultant(Electrical):
The candidates will be posted under Dy.CEE/C. The candidates will assist in chasing issues pending with State Government and other Government departments, such as utility shifting, power line crossings, shifting, modification, and new TR line.
