Age Limit for Northern Railway Recruitment 2025:

For Open Market –

• The applicant should not be more than the age of 53 years. However age relaxation of 05 years in the case of SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates is admissible.

Tenure and Place of Posting for Northern Railway Recruitment 2025:

As stated in the official notification of the Northern Railway Recruitment 2025, the engagement is made on a contract basis. The tenure period will remain valid for 01 year initially.

For CMP From Open Market-

• The engagement will be offered purely on a contract basis for a period of one year or less from the date of contract, which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis by giving at least one week’s break from the expiry of each term, subject to extension of delegation of power to DRM beyond one year, not extendable beyond 12 terms or up to 65 years of age or till such time Doctors selected by UPSC become available, whichever is earlier.

For CMP Retired Doctors of Railway State and Central Government-

• The engagement will be offered purely on a contract basis for a period of one year or less from the date of the contract, which can be renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis by giving at least one week’s break from the expiry of each term, subject to extension of delegation of power to DRM beyond one year, not extendable beyond 07 terms or up to 67 years of age or till such time Doctors selected by UPSC become available, whichever is earlier.

Place of Posting-

• The selected candidates will be posted in Divl. Hospital/ MB, HU/ HPU and HU/ Chandausi.

Qualification Required for Northern Railway Recruitment 2025:

Candidates who have an MBBS (MCI Recognized) with an Internship or higher are eligible to apply for the Northern Railway Recruitment 2025.

Salary for Northern Railway Recruitment 2025:

The candidates who are selected for the Northern Railway Recruitment 2025 will receive a monthly salary of Rs.95000. No other allowances are admissible except fixed daily allowances for official duty.

• For Retired Doctors of Railways, State and Central Government subject to the condition that the remuneration plus pension should not exceed the last pay drawn.
• If Railway accommodation is provided, the deduction will be made from the monthly remuneration equivalent to HRA payable on minimum pay to Junior Scale Officer (Level-10 in 7th CPC) and a fixed license fee for accommodation.
