The role of the Marketing Head is to create and execute a defined marketing strategy and brand communications that support growth and enhances market share and generate revenue. The role also entails developing brand communication and marketing for brands across product categories and market segments.

Responsibilities for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) and digital media campaigns as per business needs.
• Innovate with creative programs, driving engagement and viability.
• Advice on the translation of the overall strategy to localized catchment-led marketing plans and activities – Bank Marketing and BTL activities.
• Deliver highly cost-efficient campaigns.
• Monitoring marketing trends & preparing strategies, developing brand awareness strategies, and implementing a marketing campaign.
• Manage the media planning and buying activities.

Qualifications for NPCI Recruitment 2022:

• Post Graduation in MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
• MBA from Premier Institutes with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in Brand, Marketing Communications, and Media.
• Industry: Banks & Financial Institutions, Technology / Digital, e-commerce, Consumer facing Organizations.
