NPCIL Recruitment 2023: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is hiring interested and eligible candidates for the post of Dy.Manager (HR, F and A, C and MM, Legal) and Junior Hindi Translator (JHT). As per the official notification of NPCIL Recruitment 2023, there are 128 vacancies for mentioned posts. The educational qualification is different for each post. The selected candidates will get monthly salaries from Level-06 to Level-10 (Rs.50268 to 79662). The maximum age limit for the position of Junior Hindi Translator is 18 to 28 years and for Dy. Manager (HR, F and A, C and MM, Legal) the age limit is 18 to 30 years. There is no age limit for employees serving in NPCIL.
According to the official notification of NPCIL Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of examinations and interviews conducted by the committee. Only Indian Nationals aged 18 years and above are eligible to apply. Qualifications required according to the positions are as mentioned below:
For Deputy Manager (HR):
The candidates should have done Graduation in any discipline plus 02 years of full-time MBA or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
For Deputy Manager (F and A):
The candidates should have Graduation in any discipline plus CA/ICWA with pass class or 02 years full-time MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institute.
For Deputy Manager (C and MM):
The candidates should have graduated in Engineering in any of the branches plus a full-time MBA or equivalent.
For Deputy Manager (Legal):
The candidates should have a full-time degree in Law.
For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):
The candidates should have a Masters’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi/English or a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as the main subjects or either of the 02 as a medium of examination and the other as the main subject + a recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English.
