UPSC Recruitment 2023:Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is seeking applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Senior Farm Manager, Cabin Safety Inspector, Head Librarian, Scientist-B, Specialist Grade III (Ophthalmology), Specialist Grade III (Psychiatry), Assistant Chemist, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Medical Officer (GDMO sub-cadre) and General Duty Medical Officer (Homoeopathy). According to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, there are 285 vacancies open for the above-mentioned posts. The maximum age limit is up to 40 years to apply for the given posts. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary on level 10/11 of the pay matrix.
As per the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, the selection process will be based on an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview. In accordance with the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, the age limit is below-
The maximum age limit for the post of Cabin Safety Inspector, Scientist-B, Specialist Grade III (Ophthalmology), Specialist Grade III (Psychiatry) and Assistant Chemist is 40 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Medical Officer (GDMO sub-cadre) is 32 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Senior Farm Manager, Head Librarian and Assistant Labour Commissioner and General Duty Medical Officer (Homoeopathy) is 35 years.
Qualification and Experience for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

For Senior Farm Manager-
M.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience-
Three years of regular experience in the field of horticulture crops production or farm management or protected cultivation from the Central Government or State Government Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Autonomous organization or recognized research institution or University.
For Cabin Safety Inspector-
Passed 10+2 from a recognised Board.
Experience-
10 years experience as Cabin Crew and presently working as Cabin Crew.
Desirable-
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University or institute.
At least 01-year experience as a Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) approved Safety and Emergency Procedure (SEP) Instructor.
For Head Librarian-
Degree from a recognized University.
Degree or equivalent diploma in Library Science from a recognized University or Institution
Experience-
About five years experience in a Library of standing.
Desirable-
Knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
For Specialist Grade-III (Ophthalmology)-
Masters’s Degree in Zoology from a recognized University.
Experience-
Three years experience in the concerned Speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or five years experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma.
For Assistant Labour Commissioner-
A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized university in Social work or Labour welfare or Industrial Relations Personnel Management or a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience-
Two years experience in the field of Labour Welfare Work/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management.

The selected candidates for the post of Head Librarian will get a monthly salary in level 7 of the pay matrix.
The selected candidates for the post of Specialist Grade III (Ophthalmology), Specialist Grade III (Psychiatry) and Cabin Safety Inspector will get a monthly salary in level 11 of the pay matrix.
The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Chemist will get a monthly salary in level 8 of the pay matrix.

Selection Process for UPSC Recruitment 2023:
