NPS Recruitment 2022: National Pension System Trust (NPS Trust/Trust) is established by Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA/Authority) as per the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act of 1882 for taking care of the assets and funds under the National Pension System(NPS) and other schemes as authorized by PFRDA in the interest of the subscribers.
NPS Trust invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for filling up the posts of Officer Grade B (Manager) and Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) across different streams of direct recruitment. Application Fees, Unreserved, EWS & OBC: Rs.1000, SC/ST/PwBD/Women: NIL.
Online Application and Payment of fee from 30th August 2022 Up to 20th September 2022. The mode of selection shall be a three-stage process i.e. Phase I (online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each), Phase II (online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each) and Phase III (Interview). 1. Grade: B
a. Streams: Media, Marketing & Subscriber education
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Qualification: Full-time Post Graduate degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration (minimum 2 years or equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Visual communication from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
b. Streams: Investment & Research
Qualification: Full-time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
a. Streams: Media, Marketing & Subscriber education
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Qualification: Full-time Post Graduate degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration (minimum 2 years or equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Visual communication from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
b. Streams: Rajbhasha
Age: Not exceeding 30 years.
Qualification: Full-time Master’s Degree in Hindi or Sanskrit, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
Experience: Experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa is desirable.
c. Streams: IT
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (electrical/ electronics and communication/information technology/ computer science) / Masters in Computer Application/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post-graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in computers/ information technology from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.

For Grade B (Manager)
Pay: The pay scale of Officers in Grade B is Rs. 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850(2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years). Presently, the gross emolument includes NPS Trust’s contribution towards National Pension System (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Housing Allowance, Learning Allowance and Special Grade Allowance.
Benefits: Other benefits include viz., Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses (Hospitalisation and Non-Hospitalisation), Personal Accident Insurance, Eye Refraction/ Cost of Spectacles, Education Allowance, Financial Dailies, Book Grant, Briefcase, Conveyance Expenses, House Cleaning Allowance, Staff Furnishing Scheme, Scheme for Purchasing Computers and all other benefits as are admissible to an Officer Grade B in NPS Trust
CTC: Total CTC consisting of Pay and Benefits for the post of Officer Grade B at the beginning of scale of pay would be approx. Rs. 27 Lakh Per annum.
For Grade A (Assistant Manager)
Pay: The pay scale of Officers in Grade A is Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) -74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850-3300(1)-89150 (17 years). Presently, the gross emolument includes NPS Trust’s contribution towards National Pension System (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Housing Allowance, Learning Allowance and Special Grade Allowance.
