NPS Recruitment 2022: NPS Trust has invited applications from eligible Indian citizens for filling up the posts of Officer Grade B (Manager) and Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) across different streams i.e., Media Marketing & Subscriber Education, Rajbhasha, Investment and Research, IT, and Legal on direct/regular recruitment basis. There are total of 8 Vacancies for these posts. Candidates can apply online only and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Age Limit to apply for these posts shall not exceed 30 Years. Interested and Eligible candidates are required to go to NPS Trust’s website ‘www.npstrust.org.in’ and click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” under the Recruitment Notification titled “NPS TRUST – RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF OFFICER GRADE B (MANAGER) and OFFICER GRADE A (ASSISTANT MANAGER)”. Age-Limit for NPS Recruitment 2022:

The upper age limit for NPS Trust Officer Grade B & Grade A is 30 years which is relaxable for various reserved category candidates as per GOI Rules.

Educational Qualification and Experience for NPS Recruitment 2022:

Officer Grade B (Manager):

Full time Post Graduate degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration (minimum 2 years or equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing / Digital marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Visual communication with relevant experience.

OR

Full time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute with relevant experience.

Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in the relevant field

Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager)

Full time Post Graduate degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration (minimum 2 years or equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Visual communication with relevant experience.

OR

Full time Master’s Degree in Hindi or Sanskrit, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.

OR

Full time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute with relevant experience.

OR

Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (electrical/ electronics and communication / information technology/ computer science) / Masters in Computer Application/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in computers/ information technology

OR

Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University/ College/ recognized by UGC and the Bar Council of India with relevant experience.

Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field

Selection Process for NPS Recruitment 2022:

Selection of candidates will be through two stage online exam and interview.

Pay Scale for NPS Recruitment 2022:

Grade B (Manager):

The pay scale of Officers in Grade B is Rs. 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850(2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years).

Total CTC consisting of Pay and Benefits for the post of Officer Grade B at the beginning of scale of pay would be approx. Rs. 27 Lakh Per annum.

Grade A (Assistant Manager):

The pay scale of Officers in Grade A is Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) -74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850-3300(1)-89150 (17 years).

Total CTC consisting of Pay and Benefits for the post of Officer Grade A at the beginning of scale of pay would be approx. Rs. 23 Lakh Per annum.
