For Risk Management Stream:

• Candidates should have a full-time Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a specialization in Finance, Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.

Experience:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of postqualification experience in dealing with problems relating to pension/ financial sectors, special knowledge in Risk Management and Investment Management

For Finance and Accounts Stream:

• Candidates should be Associate Chartered Accountants (ACA) or Fellow Chartered accountants (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)

Experience:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of postqualification experience in drawing up and finalizing financial results, accounts, budgeting, cash flows, investment, TDS, income tax, audit, and payroll processing.

Grade A (Assistant Manager):

For Investment and Research Stream:

• Candidates should have Full-time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute.

Experience:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field

Age Limit for NPS Trust Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of NPS Trust Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 30 years old for all posts.

Salary for NPS Trust Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of NPS Trust Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for these posts will get a CTC of approximately Rs. 30 lakh per annum for Grade B (Manager) and approx. Rs. 25 lakh per annum for Grade A (Assistant Manager).
