Name of Post and No. of Vacancy for NTPC Recruitment 2022:

Applications are invited for the Post of General Manager (Safety) (E8 Level) for the Mining area. There is only one vacancy for the Post.

Age-Limit for NTPC Recruitment 2022:

The age of the candidate shall not be above 55 years as per the NTPC Recruitment 2022 advertisement.

Qualifications and Experience for NTPC Recruitment 2022:

The candidate should be a Graduate in Mining Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Coal.

The candidate should have a minimum of 23 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in coal mining operations. The candidate must have experience in opencast mining operations and at least 03 years of relevant experience in mine safety in the executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt/Public Sector Undertaking or function.

Experience Requirement for NTPC Recruitment 2022:

The candidate should have a minimum of 23 years of post-qualification experience in a Private company of repute, out of which either

(i) 10 years experience in the post and scale of Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 or above (IDA pay scale of E7 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017)

OR

(ii) minimum 05 years experience in the post and scale of Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 or above (IDA pay scale of E8 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent level/post profile.
