Officers under the Central/State Govt/Public Sector Undertaking/Semi Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Organizations: –
a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or 5 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Level-11 (Rs.67700 – 208700) of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, and
b) (i) Possessing a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) With at least 5 years experience in Administration, office procedure, establishment and | housekeeping functions and thorough Knowledge of Central Govt. rules and regulation and their applicability.
Deputy Director (Admn.)
Officers under the Central/State Govt/Public Sector Undertaking/Semi-Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Organizations:
a) (i) holding an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or having 5 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Level-10 (Rs.56100 – 177500) of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, or having 6 years regular service in the grade in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 8 (Rs.47600-151100) of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department in the grade, and
b) (i) Possessing a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Possessing knowledge of Central Govt. rules and regulations and their applicability.

Director (Admn.)
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 12 (Rs.78800-209200)
Deputy Director (Admn.)
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 11 (Rs.67700-208700).
