Legal Consultant

Eligibility Condition for Odisha Public Service Commission Recruitment 2022

1. Judicial Officers in the rank of District/Additional Judge who have retired from Government service on attaining the age of superannuation and below the age of sixty-five years having good service records and are physically fit shall be eligible to be considered for engagement as a legal consultant. The officer must also be able to read and write Oriya.
2. Officers against whom no departmental proceedings or criminal cases are contemplated/pending or who have not been penalized for misconduct during the period for the preceding five years of retirement will be eligible for consideration.

Remuneration for Odisha Public Service Commission Recruitment 2022

On engagement, the retired officer will avail consolidated remuneration only (excluding the pension and T.I.) vide prescribed remuneration structure attached to the Level in the Pay Matrix as given in the table below pursuant to F. D.O.M. No. 7022/F, dated 17.03.2018 which excludes the pension and T.I.
