Post Name and Vacancies for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

For the position of Junior Manager in E-2 Grade in the relevant cadre in the various disciplines, applications are being accepted by Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (OHPC). According to the official OHPC Recruitment 2023 notification, 09 seats are available for the relevant role.

Qualification for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the OHPC Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualifications.

Junior Manager (Electrical)

• Candidates should have matric with ITI in Electrician/Wireman/Lineman Trade and 10 (ten) years of experience in NE-4 grade and above plus a Supervisor Certificate of competency from ELBO, Odisha/NPC, Govt. of India. OR
• Candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above.

Junior Manager (Mechanical)

• Candidates should have a Matric with ITI in Fitter trade and 10 (Ten) years of experience in NE-4 grade and above plus a Supervisor certificate of competency from NPC, Govt. of India. OR
• Candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 Years of experience in NE-4 grade and above.

Junior Manager (Finance)

• Candidates should have matriculated with 15 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• Candidates should have graduated with 10 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• Candidates should have graduated with a P.G. Degree / Diploma in Commerce with 08 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• Candidates should have CA (Inter)/ ICWAI (Inter) with 08 years of experience in NE-5 and above.

Junior Manager (HR)

• Candidates should have HSC with 15 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• Candidates should have graduated with 10 years of experience in NE-5 and above. OR
• Candidates should have graduated with a one-year P.G. Diploma in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Labour Laws from any University/ recognised Institute (AICTC) with 8 years of experience in NE-5 and above.

Salary for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.44900 to Rs.142400, as per the official OHPC Recruitment 2023 notification.

Selection Procedure for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, Written exams and in-person interviews will play a role in the candidate selection process. A computer-based examination (CBT) will be used in Bhubaneswar to administer the written exam. The computer-based test (CBT) will consist of 100 questions and take two hours to complete. Of the 100 questions, 80 will test subject knowledge in the relevant trade or discipline, and 20 will focus on general knowledge of hydropower plants and OHPC’s main commercial operations.The date and venue of the Personal Interview will be intimated later on.

As per the OHPC Recruitment 2023 Notification, applicants who meet the criteria mentioned above must fill out the application form in the prescribed format, along with self-attested copies of all the documents and forward it to the Chief General Manager (HR), OHPC Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar on or before the last date. The received applications after the due date will not be considered. The deadline for completing the application process for existing regular NE employees is 15.11.2023 and for Unit Heads/AGM (T&D) is 22.11.2023.
