• Candidates must be familiar with local administration, Border Security Force (BSF), and DISCOM processes and procedures.
• Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.

• Candidates should have the Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Salary for OIL India Recruitment 2023:

• Candidates who are selected for the mentioned posts will get a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 50,000 per month. Other taxes are to be borne by the individual.
• Candidates will get a local conveyance of Rs. 6,000 per month.
• Candidates will get mobile and landline telephone reimbursement for due discharge of official responsibilities subject to a maximum of Rs.1,750 per month or actual, whichever is lower.
• Travel/Boarding and Lodging during all official tours outside the place of posting would be extended as per entitlement of the grade last held.
• Incidentals of Rs. 250 per day for the actual number of days worked for OIL outside the place of posting.
• Candidates will get the Paid leave of 20(twenty) days for 01(one) year engagement i.e. 10 (ten) days for a period of 06 (six) months.

Tenure for OIL India Recruitment 2023:

As indicated in the official notification of OIL India Recruitment 2023, the contract period of the appointment is 6 months, extendable by 3 tenures of 06 months each up to a maximum period of 02 years depending upon the requirements of the Company.
