OIL Recruitment 2023: Oil India Limited (OIL) is inviting eligible candidates for the post of Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator, Workover Mechanic, Workover Assistant Operator and Workover Assistant Mechanic on a contract basis. In accordance with the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed purely on a contractual basis for a tenure period of 06 months which is extendable by another tenure of 06 months subject to departmental requirement, performance and conduct of the incumbent, medical fitness etc.
As per the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, there are 31 Vacant seats for this recruitment drive. As mentioned in the Official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the above post is 18 years and the upper age limit Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator post is 45 years, whereas for rest the maximum age limit should be 40 years. According to the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get a fixed emolument between Rs.19500 to Rs.16640 per month and will get a Variable emolument of between Rs.750 to Rs.640 per day for each working day. Candidate appointed for Contractual Drilling/Workover Operator post will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs.19500 with a Variable emolument of Rs.750 only per day for each working day, whereas remaining positions will get Rs.16640 will get a Variable emolument of Rs.640 per day for each working day.
According to the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the contract will govern the entire collaboration. The initial length of the contractual engagement will be for 06 months, which can be extended for another 06 months based on departmental requirements, incumbent performance and conduct, medical fitness, and so on. The maximum contractual employment length will be one year.
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a walk-in practical/skill exam and their Personal Assessment as mentioned in the official Notification of OIL Recruitment 2023.
