Overview:

OLX is hiring an experienced Retail Associate at their Mumbai location. This role is for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Renewal will depend on the employee’s performance rating and business requirements. The contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated.

What will you be doing:

Address the customer and negotiate on car price for procuring the same.

Manage the pool of leads and following up on the same for early closure.

Would be customer-centric role.

Retail Associate is the negotiator who interacts with customer after inspection of the car.

Qualifications for this job:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

2 or more years of experience in Sales.

Must be a graduate.

Prior used car market experience would be an add on advantage.
