OMC Recruitment 2023: Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Manager in Various cadres. As per the official notification of OMC Recruitment 2023, there are 16 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The selected candidates will get a monthly pay scale from Level-13 to Level-14. The maximum age limit is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). The candidates applying for the mentioned positions should have at least 04 to 18 years of relevant experience (according to the job posts) in their relevant field. Dy. General Manager (Security):
The candidates should be Graduated in any discipline from any recognized University and should be Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in the Navy / Air Force / Para Military Forces.
Manager (Security):
The candidates should be Graduated in any discipline from any recognized University and should be Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in the Navy / Air Force / Para Military Forces.
Sr.Manager (Civil):
The candidates should have BE/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

Experience required according to the posts is as mentioned below:
The candidates applying for the post of Dy. General Manager (Security) should have at least 14 years of service in Defence/Paramilitary.
The candidates applying for the post of Manager (Security) should have at least 05 years of service in Defence/ Para Military.
The candidates applying for the post of Sr.Manager (Civil) should have at least 08 years of post-qualification experience in the execution, supervision, and monitoring of different civil / infrastructure projects, housing, roads, and environmental/statutory constructions.
The candidates applying for the post of Manager (Civil) should have at least 04 years of post-qualification experience in the execution, supervision, and monitoring of different civil / infrastructure projects, housing, roads, and environmental/statutory constructions.
The candidates applying for the post of Dy. General Manager (Legal) should have at least 18 years of relevant Post Qualification experience as a practicing Lawyer in High Court / District Court or as a Law Officer in any Government/State PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any other incorporated Company.
