Age Limit for IIMBG Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of IIMBG Recruitment 2023, candidates should be the maximum age of 65 years.

Qualification and Experience for IIMBG Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of IIMBG Recruitment 2023, candidates have must required qualifications and experience as mentioned below-

For Professors-

• Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai, and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution/institutions of comparable standards.

For Associate Professors-

• Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum of 6 years experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, and the ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives, and ability to undertake research independently.

For Assistant Professors-

• Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum three years of teaching/research/industrial experience (exclusive period of doing Ph.D.). However, in exceptional cases of candidates with excellent academic credentials, this experience requirement may be waived.

For Professor/Associate Professor of Practice-

• Candidates who add value to our teaching programs due to their experience and or expertise in the world of practice in order to be considered for the Professor of Practice contract, the individual must have substantial experience (minimum 20 years) in industry or government with demonstrated understanding of and impact on practice has the interest and potential to teach Leadership Development Program (LDP) courses as fulltime activity.

Salary for IIMBG Recruitment 2023:

Tenure for IIMBG Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IIMBG Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made for a period of 02 years and renewable for a maximum period of up to 05 years based on the candidate’s performance and the approval of the Director.

Selection Process for IIMBG Recruitment 2023:
