Overview:

Ericsson is hiring an experienced Order and Delivery Management at their Gurgaon location. The Replenishment Order handling is responsible for the delivery replenishment order support and handling discrepancy and reporting. The Job role is order and delivery management from the CCM. The purpose of the role is to be fully operationally responsible for order delivery and to fitful CU request base on WLA.

What will you be doing:

Secure Customer contract fulfillment. Distribute info to internal stakeholders and raise delivery Issues.

Handle special requirement such as optional service request.

Support and drive global Delivery Operation strategy.

Drive local company delivery.

Secure communication and agreement. Supervising Hardware Services Performance. Follow up on regional HWS financial accountability.

Qualifications for this Job:

Understanding of SAR operations, processes, and financials

Contact network related to Hardware Services in Business Unit Global Services, Business Lines and the Ericsson Regions.

Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to see the big picture and apply standard methodology

Good presentation and communication skills, and capable of communicating on senior and executive management level

Proactive and crucial approach, with highly developed negotiation skills.

Experience in Change Management !

Proficient in English, oral and written.

Customer Insight & Market Insight !

Service Delivery Process, Models & Strategy

Formulating Strategies & Concepts. Relating & Networking.
