Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Junior Engineer (Civil), Director of Municipal Administration, H&UD Department

Diploma in Civil Engineering with adequate Computer Knowledge.

Junior Engineer (Civil), Director of Textiles

The candidates must have possessed a Diploma in Civil Engineering conducted by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training or an equivalent qualification for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) from any institution recognized by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE&VT).

Junior Engineer (Civil), Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department

Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Junior Engineer (Civil), Water Resources Department

The candidates must have possessed a Diploma in Civil Engineering conducted by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training or an equivalent qualification for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) from any institution recognized by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE&VT).

Junior Engineer (Civil), Director of Fisheries 

Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Assistant Training officer, Director of Technical Education & Training

The candidate must have passed 10th class or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. He/She must possess the necessary Technical Qualification (ITI or Diploma/Degree) from recognized Institutions approved by NCVT/AICTE in relevant Branches/Trades.
