Penalty Alert! 360 ONE’s Arm Fined Rs. 25 Lakh by MCX Clearing Corp
360 ONE WAM Limited has informed the stock exchanges BSE and NSE that it is a fully owned company, 360 ONE Distribution Services Limited (360 ONE DSL) got a notice from the Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL).
According to the company, MCXCCL has charged a fine of Rs. 25 lakh on 360 ONE DSL. The reason behind charging this big amount is said to be allegedly wrong reporting of extra collateral on certain days between October 2022 and September 2023.
This action took place based on an old rile mentioned in MCXCCL’s circular dated December 26, 2019. The company received the letter from MCXCCL on June 20, 2025 and was officially received by their officer on June 23, 2025.
The company stated that this fine will have no impact on their business or financial health in any major way.
Well, 360 ONE DSL is planning to challenge the fine and will file an appeal with the concerned department at the exchange.
The company has shared all this information as per the rules laid down by SEBI (the market regulator) under Regulation 30. They are following the new guidelines from SEBI dated November 11, 2024 and February 25, 2025 related to how companies should share such updates.
360 ONE WAM Limited382751 claimed to be following all the important rules and also shared this update with both BSE and NSE for public record.
