Raid at Stove Kraft Office by Income Tax Department
The Income Tax Department is conducting searches on StoveKraft offices, the firm announced in a stock market statement on Wednesday, and the company shares was trading 5.3% down at 488.55 on the BSE as of 2:20 p.m.
The Indian cooking appliance producer stated in a stock market filing that Income Tax Department authorities are conducting searches at some of the company’s locations and trousers. It also mentioned cooperating with IT officials throughout the raid.
“The Income Tax Department is conducting a search at some of the Company’s premises/plants. The Company’s officials are cooperating with Income Tax Department officials and responding to their queries,” Stove Kraft said in a stock market filing on Wednesday.
