Rajsamand Detached from Jurisdiction of ICAI of Udaipur Branch The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India(ICAI) has notified detachment of Rajsamand  from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI via Notification. The Notification Stated, "Whereas, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide notification no. 28-RC (4)/1/84 dated 23rd February 1984 w.e.f 20th January 1984 had set up a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Udaipur under Regulation 136(3) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988." Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the detachment of Rajsamand and also places covered under Rajsamand District from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI. The effective date of detachment of Rajsamand and also places covered under Rajsamand District from the Jurisdiction of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI will be January 18th 2023.
