Rapido Hiring Experienced Retention Campaign Specialist 

Overview:

Rapido is hiring an experienced Retention Campaign Specialist at their Bangalore location. As a Campaign Specialist, you would be designing segments and analyzing the performance of the campaigns aligned towards these segments, thoroughly involved in managing and executing these campaigns, utilizing data & analytics to champion innovations and measure success through KPIs, seeing opportunities for process automation with the help of cross-function synergies

What will you be doing:

Collaborate with content & creative teams to enhance the design, usability, content quality, and customer experience

Collaborate with the team to design and run campaigns that engage customers and generate revenue

Work on CRM tools to create journeys for existing users which help in higher engagement and retention along with generating higher revenue

Creation of Discounts/offers through an in-house offer dashboard and regular review of these offers and sanity for the same

Design strategy and experiments towards retention metric focusing on getting repeat users back to the transaction

Collaborate with the internal Marketing department in order to design and execute strategies that enhance customer interaction and generate revenue

Collect necessary details, then plan and deploy retention initiatives accordingly

Qualifications for this job:

Seeking a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in developing CRM campaigns and journeys. Must also have the requisite familiarity to manage an app, push notification, email, web, or mobile marketing program end to end.

Good to have proficiency in tools such as Clevertrap/Moengage/Webengage, CRM, Push Notifications, email marketing, and Whatsapp.

Additionally, understanding SQL database, creation and measuring of performance metric view through Analysis and dashboards will be an added advantage

The capacity to articulate effectively and cultivate relationships with third-party vendors and partners

Engineering graduates or management trainees from Tier-1 college
