Overview:

Groww is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Compliance (NBFC). You will be responsible for ensuring that all new circulars are duly circulated with action points and closure of the same is duly ensured.

What will you be doing:

Well-versed with compliances with RBI regulations, PMLA and other applicable laws.

Responsible for conducting Compliance Testing, Compliance reviews & assessment.

Maintain oversight of the AML/KYC developments in the NBFC/Banks/Payments related businesses to proactively manage the potential AML risk/KYC risk.

Drafting, reviewing, finalisation and implementation of various Policies, setting up processes to monitor compliances of NBFC.

Coordinating with RBI & other regulators for submission of filings, data & other requirements.

Compliance audits: Continuous engagement with various Business and support functions for review of various process and policies.

Engaging all stakeholders to adhere Company policies and Regulatory guidelines.

Awareness and Training to all business lines to adhere with RBI regulations.

Preparing documents to updates management on any regulatory changes impacting the company.

Ensuring Financials, Website and Notice board disclosures.

Qualifications for this Job:

Qualification – Commerce graduate, qualified CA/CS/Law graduate

Knowledge on Audits & Statutory compliances, Strong understanding of current regulations affecting NBFC companies

Effective communication skills as required to communicate with functional heads and other stakeholders.

Process focussed and laying down best standards of functioning. Deadline and Detailed oriented.

2 – 5 years of experience in NBFC compliance/Audit (preferably NBFC offering digital lending products)
