RBI changed the opening hours of banks across the country, work will begin from Monday at this hour
Those working in the banking industry will be able to resume work on Monday, April 18. Customers of the country’s banks will now have an extra hour to work. The reason for this is that the RBI has modified the hours of operation of banks beginning April 18, 2022.
Banks will now open at 9 a.m., but they will close at the same time. As a result, ordinary people will be able to use financial services for a longer period of time. Actually, due to the Corona pandemic, bank hours were extended, which has now been restored. This new facility will be rolled out across the country beginning on April 18, 2022.
According to the RBI, cardless transactions through ATM machines would be available soon. Customers will be able to withdraw money from banks and ATMs using UPI rather than credit cards. The reason for this is that the RBI is attempting to further promote cardless transactions.
After receiving this service, you will no longer need to have the card; instead, your phone will need to have that bank’s app and UPI associated with it. After inputting the UPI, you must enter the PIN and then approve the transaction on your phone using the bank’s app. When this occurs, money can be withdrawn from banks and ATMs. This facility will soon be available in all of the country’s banks.
