RBI Extends Term of its Additional Director on Dhanlaxmi Bank Board of Directors by Two Years Reserve Bank of India has extended the term of an extra director G Jagan Mohan on the board of Dhanlaxmi Bank by two years, as per a regulatory statement on Friday. The central bank has extended the tenure of G Jagan Mohan, RBI Additional Director, for another two years, from February 27, 2022 to February 26, 2024, or until further orders, whichever comes first, according to a filing by Dhanlaxmi Bank. From February 27, 2020, Mohan will serve as an additional director on the board of the private sector lender for a period of two years. Source: Times of India
