RBI Removes 'the Mapusa Urban Co-operative Bank of Goa Ltd.' from the list of Scheduled Banks The Reserve Bank of India(RBI) Vide Notification No. DOR.MON/4347/12.22.156/2021-22 dated 10th March 2022 removes 'the Mapusa Urban Co-operative Bank of Goa Ltd.' from the list of Scheduled Banks. The Notification is Given Below: DOR.MON/4347/12.22.156/2021-22.—In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (hereinafter referred to as “the RBI Act”), the Reserve Bank of India, hereby, directs the exclusion of The Mapusa Urban Co-operative Bank of Goa Ltd. from the second schedule of the RBI Act.
