REC Recruitment 2024: REC Limited is seeking online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Assistant Manager, Assistant Officer, Deputy Manager, General Manager, Officer, Chief Manager, Deputy General Manager and Manager under multiple disciplines. There are 127 vacancies open for REC Recruitment 2024. The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
The candidates who are selected for REC Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly remuneration up to Rs.260000. The candidates should be in the age group of 33 years to 52 years to apply for the mentioned posts. Candidates who are interested and eligible for REC Recruitment 2024can apply online through the official website of REC on or before the deadline. The other mode of application will not be accepted. The application fee is Rs.1000. The application fee will be paid online. The Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, PwBD, Ex-servicemen and internal candidates are not required to pay an application fee. The online application has already started from 17.01.2024.

Qualification and Experience for REC Recruitment 2024:
Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to REC Recruitment 2024 as described below-
For Engineering discipline-
The applicant must have a Regular full-time Bachelor in Engineering/ B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Power System Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA. OR
The applicant must have a Regular full-time Master in Engineering/ M. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Power System Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA.
Experience-
The applicant must have experience in the area (s) of the Power Sector viz. Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Renewables, etc. Or Experience in Financial Institutions/ Scheduled Commercial Banks/ NBFCs/ Public Sector Organizations/ Central Govt./ State Govt./ Multilateral organization/ Other Institutions, in the area of Infrastructure Project Finance.
Desirable-
The preference will be given to experience in listed Infrastructure companies.
For Finance and Accounts (F and A) discipline-
The applicant must have Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy.
Experience-
The applicant must have experience in Financial Institutions/ Scheduled Commercial Banks/ NBFCs/ Public Sector Organizations/ Central Govt./ State Govt./Multilateral Organizations/ Other Institutions.
For Information Technology (IT) discipline-
The applicant must have a Regular full-time Bachelor in Engineering/ B. Tech. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA. OR
The applicant must have a Post Graduate Degree viz. MCA/ M.Tech./ MCS/ MSc. in IT/ Computers or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA.
Experience-
The applicant must have experience in implementation/ upgradation/Application design and architecting of web/windows-based software development/ PL-SQL/ enhancement of e-Business suite/ ERP/ Advanced Data Structures/ Operating Systems/ computer Networks/ Database, Weblogic/ SAN/ NAS/ Storage/ Cyber Security.
Desirable-
The applicant must have valid OEM Certification in OCP, or certification in 12C or higher version of web designing, PHP.

Selection Process for REC Recruitment 2024:
The selection of REC Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
Candidates have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee to complete the application for REC Recruitment 2024. The Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, PwBD, Ex-servicemen and internal candidates are exempted from payment of this application fee. The payment will be made online after filling out the application form.
