Recruitment Scam: ED raided 9 Locations in Kolkata The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted simultaneous raids on nine different locations in Kolkata on Thursday as part of its investigation into the alleged teachers' recruitment fraud, a senior official said. Nine teams of ED officers conducted raids on various people's offices and houses in the city's busy Burrabazar neighbourhood, Kakurgachi, and EM Bypass, he added. "This is related to our investigation into the primary school job scam." These people were engaged in the money's routing. We're looking for documents and other bank documents," the officer explained. The search began early Thursday morning, following a tip from a person arrested in connection with the ED's investigation into the cow smuggling fraud.
