Pay Scale for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the pay scale is listed below:

For JGM-

• The successful candidate will receive a salary on Pay Level -13 (7th CPC).

For DGM-

• The successful candidates will receive a salary on Pay Level -12 (7th CPC).

Tenure for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the tenure is given below:

• The candidate will be appointed for 5 years (3 years plus 2 years, i.e. 4th and 5th years extendable by VC/RLDA).

Eligibility Required for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

• JGM (Projects):-Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE/IRSEE/IRSSE cadre of Indian Railways or Engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A’ service on regular posts in said Engineering Cadre of Central Government/State Govt. Indian Railways or its equivalent in PSUs/ Statutory Authorities.
• JGM (Architect):-Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways with Architect
  background or engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A ‘service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Department with, Architect/Civil background of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory
  Authorities.
• DGM (Projects):-Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on a regular post in Pay Level 12/ Level 11 from Engineering Cadre IRSE/IRSEE/IRSSE of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs/Statutory Authority having Degree in said 3 Engineering disciplines with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ or a Diploma in said 3 Engineering with 15 years’ experience.
• DGM (Architect):- Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer with Architect/Civil background working on regular post in Level 12/ Level 11 from Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. and State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities, having Degree in Architecture with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ Or a Diploma in Architecture with 15
  year’s experience.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have previous experience in the financial aspect of Land/Estate Management for projects.
• The candidate should have experience working in an organization/area connected with Land Management. Architect, Urban design, Urban planning for JGM/DGM/Architect.
• The candidate should have a knowledge of computers.

Place of Posting for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be assigned to work in Delhi.
